I am a trauma informed therapist and I am always looking to work at the root cause of what is creating your anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt.

My approach is bottom up, top down from the inside out integrating the most effective
techniques and insights from my extensive training in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) AMDR (Applied Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) and the Clearing Method, a body centred therapy to provide a complete embodied and blended transformational experience for you.

As a trauma informed therapist, therapy sessions involve looking in detail at what is happening internally which is an important step toward change.

We are all so very different and my treatments are tailored to your individual needs.

How many sessions?  Well that depends on what your concerns are.

We would have a conversation to establish realistic time frames and a safe and steady pace for change.

What I want for you is lasting change not a short-term fix. That doesn’t mean having therapy long term and my approach offers great results relatively quickly.

Therapy is an investment in you for you to move on from what’s keeping you stuck. It takes commitment and consistency.

I work with people face-to-face at my practice in Shooters Hill, London SE18 and remotely via Zoom.
